Norene Gilletz is the leading author of Kosher cookbooks in Canada (12 and counting), including editor of the legendary Second Helpings, Please!

From running a cooking school and catering business to recipe development, she has done it all! Look for Norene’s food products in Toronto and Montreal grocery stores, her weekly food blog “The Shabbat Table” in the online edition of the Canadian Jewish News as well as “The Chef’s Table” recipe column in Jewish Action Magazine.
